want to access VM remotely which is residing inside VM network (IP pooled) in scvmm 2012 r2

Hi Experts,

i am configuring SCVMM networking part , so i have a simple question that -

my logical network IP pool is - 10.80.2.0/8 and just configure vm network with192.168.0.0/24  series so my vm is getting ip of 192 series that's correct 

so how can i connect with my VM,s (192 series) remotely from developer machine ? do i need to setup a routing ? my ultimate gole is access to Virtual machine .

what is the relation between 10.80.2.0 and 192 series ?

because my hyper-v host NIC have 10.80.2.0 series IP configured ... now i am completely confused that how can i access my vm ?

if anybody want further clarity in my question please let me know...
