SCVMM 2012 R2

Hi ,

I have to use below features of  SCVMM 2012 R2 , I am looking for Step by step Articles in details rather than Technet for below features configurations..

so that i can go through articles understood the features and implement accordingly for All 2012 R2 Hyper-V Hosts that managed by SCVMM 2012 R2 .

1. load balancing of VM between different physical host for CPU, RAM and storage LUNs for Capacity and I/Os
2. Monitoring QOS
3. Reserve resources at server, storage and network for VMs running very critical workload
4. Ability to virtualized network for run network policies in hypervisor to deliver micro-segmentation and network services.
