Private Cloud creation with VMM

Hi

We are new to VMM 2012 R2 and Private cloud concept. For past few years & until now all Hyper V hosts as well the VMs are managing individually. We will install the VMM agent on all HV Hosts to manage them centrally (as of now there are no templates created with VMM, once we get familiar with VMM will create templates). Do we get any supported KB article to proceed with creation of Private cloud with VMM. Also can we use Office 365 with Private cloud?
