How to add a VM to two clouds

I am running VMM 2012 R2 UR8. I need to add a VM to two different clouds but I cannot find a way to do so. Each user group has a separate cloud with a bunch of VMs in them.  I do not want to add it to only one of the clouds and then give the other group access to that cloud because the other group cannot have access to those VMs.  How do I add a VM to two different clouds?
