SCVMM activation

Hello, deploying SCVMM has not been activated, using the evaluation version, it has expired, can not open the console, I can not activate using the Register-SCVMMAccessLicense command, I have already obtained the activation code, is there a way to activate it? ?And another question ，is whether the activation code can be exported from the old SCVMM platform.thank you for your help！
